Project Description

Challenges

As part of the $1.1 billion renovation of the Lincoln Center Campus, the project required a unified digital media infrastructure that could support multiple stakeholders and platforms without relying on a centralized department. The complexity of integrating technology across iconic architectural elements like the 65th Street Blades, Infopeel, and stair assemblies added to the challenge.

Solutions

Metinteractive played a key role in program management and the development of the Digital Media Management System (DMMS), enabling a multi-channel digital platform that supports decentralized content creation and distribution. Their work ensured that all constituents could collaborate within a shared digital ecosystem.

Final Thoughts

“When people take pictures of the campus they don’t realize that the greatest battle we won was the ability to offer a multi-channel digital platform where all constituents can play in the same sandbox, with true democracy and without a centralized department to process their requests.”
