Challenges

Villanova University aimed to transform the historic Finneran Pavilion into a best-in-class venue for its NCAA basketball programs and major entertainment events. The challenge was to modernize the AV infrastructure within a cathedral-style arena while preserving its architectural integrity and ensuring a seamless fan experience.

Solutions

Metinteractive provided a full AV production system, including a Harman-powered EAW distributed speaker system with Dante integration, Ross Video’s Ultrix routing, Carbonite 3 ME switcher, Hitachi cameras, Abekas replay, and Yamaha consoles. They also offered onsite training and operational support during the first three games of the season to ensure system performance and fan satisfaction.
